Median nerve
Pronator Teres, Flexor carpi radialis, Palmaris longus, Flexor digitorum superficialis
Biceps Brachii
Supinates forearm and when it is supine, flexes forearm; short head resists dislocation of shoulder
Coracobrachialis
Helps flex and adduct arm; resists dislocation of shoulder
Brachialis
Flexes forearm in all positions
Triceps Brachii
Chief extensor of forearm; long head resists dislocation of abducted humerus and extends and adducts arm at shoulder
Anconeus
Assists triceps in extending forearm; stabilizes elbow joint; abducts ulna in pronation
Pronator Teres
Pronates and assists with flexing forearm
Flexor carpi ulnaris innervation
Ulnar
Flexor digitorum profundus innervation
Medial part: Ulnar;
Lateral part: Anterior interosseus nerve from median nerve
Anterior Interosseous Nerve
Flexor pollicus longus and Pronator quadratus
Flexor carpi radialis
Flexes and abducts hand at wrist
Palmaris longus
Flexes hand at wrist and tenses palmar aponeurosis
