I: Tuberosity of Radius & Bicipital Aponeurosis into deep fascia of forearm

A: flex elbow, supinate forearm, & weak flexor of shoulder
Coracobrachialis
O: coracoid process of tubercle
I: middle aspect of shaft of humerus
N: musculocutaneous n.
A: flex elbow and weak adductor
Brachialis
O: front of lower half of shaft of humerus
I: coronoid process of ulna
N: musculocutaneous n.
A: flex elbow
Triceps (long head)
O: infraglenoid tubercle of scapula
I: olecranon process of ulna
N: radial n.
A: extend elbow
Triceps (lateral head)
O: upper half of posterior surface of shaft of humerus
I: olecranon process of ulna
N: radial n.
A: extend elbow
Triceps (medial head)
O: lower half of posterior surface of shaft of humerus
