A- wrist extension and radial deviation (abduction)
Triceps
O- long head - infraglenoid tubercle
Medial head - posterior humerous inferior to radial groove
Lateral head - posterior humerous superior to radial groove
I- olecrannon of ulna
A- extension of the forearm and extension and adduction of shoulder
Biceps
O- long head - supraglenoid tubercle
Short head - Coracoid process
I- radial tuberosity
A- flexion of arm, supination, and weak flexor at the shoulder
Pronator teres
O- medial epicondyle of the humerous
I- middle of lateral surface of the radius
A- pronates forearm and assists flexion of the elbow joint
