- Drug allergy

- Renal disease

Adverse effects
- HA, dizziness
- Nasal congestion, fatigue, respiratory infection
- Heartburn, cough, diarrhea, insomnia, angioedema, muscle pain

Nursing
- Do not stop abruptly
- Report SOB, wt gain, CP, palps
- Report dizziness, orthostatic hypotension; may reduce dose r/t hypovolemia & hepatic dysfunction
