How do you carry out Visualisation?
In a quiet dark, room, alone, close your eyes and focus on yourself completing a specific task in a specific situation. What can you see, hear, feel and smell? Imagine all the small details about your surroundings and what you’re doing.
How do you carry out Deep Breathing?
When angry or anxious or stressed etc, close your eyes and focus on your breathing, in through your nose for 4 seconds and hold for 2 seconds before exhaling for 4 seconds out your mouth. repeat 4 more times and you should now be calm and more relaxed.
