California Heirloom artichokes, grilled and seasoned for those crispy edges! Served with Remoulade sauce for dipping. Remoulade is a mayonaaise based dressing with lemon juice, mustard, parsely, and green onions.

A rich, tradtional soup made with andouille sausage and tasso ham.
Tortilla (TORT)
A blend of fresh tortillas and chicken stock with roasted chicken, fresh avocado, and cilantro. Topped with crispy tortilla chips.
Newport Beach Clam Chowder (CHOWDER)
A rich, cream based soup with baby clams and diced potatoes. Topped with warm bacon, parsley, cracked black pepper and housemade croutons.
Tomato (TOM)
Blended tomatoes in a creamy soup, topped with housemade croutons.
FireHouse Chili (CHILI)
A Texas style chili with grilled sirloin and beans. Topped with sharp cheddar and diced onions.
