Crisp Tortilla Chips Covered with Melted Cheeses: Cheddar cheese sauce and housemate pepper jack, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Jalapeños, Roasted Poblano Chiles, and Red Chili Salsa. Available with Spicy Chicken. Garnished with green onion.
Tourguide: “Our Nachos are topped with green onions and jalapeños which give them a spicy kick.”

Firecracker Salmon
Spiced Fresh Salmon Rolled in Spinach and Fried in a Crisp Wrapper. Served with a Sweet Hot Chili Sauce. Garnished with julienned red cabbage in a creamy oriental dressing.

Fresh Artichoke Fire-Roasted and Served with a Spicy Vinaigrette and Garlic Dip. Seasoned with fresh ground pepper.
This is not a quick appetizer.

Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip

Parmesan-Garlic Cheese Bread
Warm Artisan Bread with Garlic Butter, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Romano Cheese. Served with Parmesan Salsa and Marinara Sauce for Dipping.
