One of the newest additions to our appetizer menu is out Kurobuta pork belly. Braised to perfection our high grade pork belly slices rest atop a smooth apple butter and are finished with caramelized onions and a jicima and apple slaw. Served alongside a maple gastrique and garnished with Lucky Sorrel, this dish offers a variety of flavors.

A

For a flavorful, light start to your meal, why not try our baby beet salad. “Le Cellier” Lobster Chopped Salad

Our house specialty appetizer lives up to its name! We take fresh lobster, toss it together with mixed field greens, tomatoes, avocado, haricot verts and a lake meadow egg, then finish this dish with a sherry shallot vinaigrette that marry the flavors together perfectly. As a refreshing and flavorful option, this salad is a great way to start off your meal.

Le Cellier “Poutine”

A

While in Canada, why not treat yourself to some traditional french-Canadian junk food. Loaded with Canadian Black-Diamond cheddar cheese, our hand-cut fries are tossed in truffle salt and finished tableside with a hot, savory red wine reduction sauce to melt the cheese and unite all the flavors. This dish is truly Canadian and one of my favorites.
