What it is:

  • a regular menu
  • everything allowed except hard or raw foods (most veggies are cooked)

Permitted:

  • firm food
  • crunchy food
  • sticky food

non permitted:

  • hard, raw veggies
  • nuts
  • hard dried fruits

A

What it is:
- chewing is possible but more difficult

permitted:

  • partially firm food, can be separated with a fork
  • tourtiere, meat pie, hashbrowns

not permitted:

  • grilled or tough meat or in large pieces
  • sticky food

  • finely sliced food with sauce

A

lumps are easy to squash with tongue
minimal chewing required
minced pieces of food

permitted:
finely minced, chopped, mashed foods
extremely thick smooth, non pouring sauce or gravy

not permitted:
particles larger than 2mm
