Pathogens is

A

All activating platelets, endothelial cells, monocytes __> thrombosis
APL interfere with anticoagulant shield on phospholipid expressing surfaces—>thrombosis
Inflamm response on trophoblastic —>apoptosis_->abnormal placentation

Aspirin and clexane prophylaxis
