  6. Members shall comply with RICS’ requirements in respect of continuing professional development.

  7. Members shall ensure that their personal and professional finances are managed appropriately.

  8. Members shall submit in a timely manner such information, and in such form, as the Regulatory Board may reasonably require.
  9. Co-opertation
    Members shall co-operate fully with RICS staff and any person appointed by the Regulatory Board.

The Database is an excel spreadsheet which is saved on a secure and encrypted domain only accessible to people inside the Business. It is compliant with GDPR under the Data Protection Act, it helps us ensure our Landowners are getting regular updates on how the promotion of their land is going

I have developed my written skills by undertaking CPD on report weighting. I have developed my Oral Skills by doing practice interviews with people inside my organisation to ensure i am communication efficiently and with the correct information o the landower
