To cause.
I.e he will effect many changes in the company.
What does effect mean as a noun?
The result.
I.e the effect was overwhelming. He miscalculated the effect of his actions.
Which is correct, 12 noon or 12.am?
Neither. Noon and midnight stand alone.
Which is correct: Northridge, CA or Northridge, Calif.
Northridge, Calif. Otherwise spell it out.

The months with five letters or less.
