after the quotation, comma inside the quotation, speaker before “said”, always use “said”

punctuate titles with quotations, excludes reference books, the Bible, and titles of periodicals and newspapers
When do you use the word “Dulaney” in stories?
Never - use “the school” or “here”
When do you use “that” and “who”?
“That” for things, “Who” for people
First reference vs. second reference?
first reference needs to be spelled out, second can be abbreviated
Capitalization of subjects and names of courses?
capitalize the name of the course but not the subject (exceptions: languages)
Capitalization of job titles?
do not capitalize job titles
