Internal rhyming in which consonant sounds are repeated

When conjunctions (and, but, etc.) that would usually connect a string of words. “I came, I saw, I conquered” instead of “I came and I saw and I conquered

Meaningless mixture of sounds, random

A word’s emotional content. Depends on the interpreter/ reader’s perspective
