Expansion diffusion definition
occurs when an idea or innovation spreads out from the origin but stays strong in the origin.
Expansion diffusion example
Islam originated in the middle east, spread everywhere but still very strong in the middle east.
Relocation diffusion definition
people move one place to another and carry cultural and religious practices but when origin of the place may stay week. Relocation - bringing traditions with them.

fashion trends start at popular places then go down to the small places
Contagious definition
ideas spread rapidly from person to person
Contagious example
something on social media going viral and everyone finding out fast because it goes viral

idea spread to new areas but is changed or adapted over cultures
Stimulus example
The McDonalds in India adapted to their culture menu
