What is pair programming?
A collaborative process where two people share a single workstation. One person takes the role of a programmer and is stationed at the workstation writing code, while the other person observes and reviews what is being typed. On a fairly frequent basis, the roles are switched so that the person who was entering the code is not the reviewer, and the reviewer is not entering the code.
