A
  • Angina (chest pain on exertion)
  • SoB
  • Syncope

Cardiovascular examination signs on AS?

A
  • Harsh ejection systolic murmur radiating to the carotids (crescendo-decrescendo)
  • S2 diminished and single
  • Slow rising pulse (low pulse pressure)
