Found that women tended to use cover prestige (non-standard) and men used covert prestige (standard)
Why did Milroy and Milroy say that the usual trend was revered
Only 35% of men were employed in the suburbs so they will other not work or work away from home- casusing an open network and forcing them into more standard forms. While women live and work together so have a closed network
