1. Rifampicin- hypersensitivity, jaundice, hepatotoxicity, harmless red coloration of Saliva,sweat, urine, tear(body fluid)
2. Isoniazide- peripheral neuropathy, hypersensitivity slow and rapid acetylator: neuropathy and hepatotoxicity
3. Pyrazinamide- gouty attack, arthralgia, git upset
4. Ethambutol- optic neuritis, hypersensitivity
5. Streptomycin- ototoxicity

B. 2nd line antiTB drug:
1.Para amino salicylic acid
2.Ofloxacin
3.Cycloserin
4.Kanamycin
5.Ethionamide
6.Thioacetazone
