-Alternative for PCN allergy, similar to PCN-G
-DOC for Legionella pneumophilia
+Erysipelas due to GAS

Side Effects: Diarrhea because stimulates motilin (Erythro is worst > Azithro > Clarithro)
+Ototoxicity
+Prolong QT (Azithro’s the worst)

-Tx Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC)
