A
History of drug induce immune thrombocytopenia

ADR sulfonamides
A
1) Hyperkalemia - d/t blocked Na channel in the distal nephron and this inhibits K secretion (Potentially fatal)
2) hypersensitivity reactions- - delayed, steven johnson syndrom (severe rash)
- immediate - rash/angioedema/anaphylaxis
