Cymbalta, SNRI, often used for neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia. Safe up to 120 mg.
Bupropion
Welbutrin, norepinephrine/dopamine reuptake inhibitor, antidepressant, lack of sexual side effects, some efficacy for ADHD, lowers seizure threshold
Trazadone
Desyrel, serotonin receptor antagonist/agonist, antidepressant, lack of sexual side effects, does not affect REM, priapism
Mirtazapine
Remeron, alpha 2 adrenergic receptor antagonist, useful for refractory depression
Amitryptiline
Elavil, TCA, tertiary amine, chronic pain/migraines/insomnia
Imipramine
Tofranil, TCA, tertiary amine, enuresis

Anafranil, TCA, tertiary amine, most serotonin specific, useful for OCD
