4 weeks - 6 months of triple therapy ( 2 antiplatelets + 1 anticoagulant)

Then dual therapy (antiplatlet + anticoagulant) to complete 12 months

Question 3

Anticoagulation for patient who develops VTE whilst taking antiplatelet

Answer 3

Anticoagulant for 3-6 months

ORBIT -low risk of bleeding, then can continue antiplatelet
