Hyperthermia
Mydriasis
Dry Mucous Membranes
Altered Mental Status / Agitation

MANAGEMENT
Cooling if hyperthermic
Decompress bladder if necessary for urinary retention
Isotonic IV fluids
Benzodiazepines
Physostigmine, diagnostically or therapeutically, to reverse anticholinergic-induced delirium:
0.5 mg increments over 3 to 5 min in adults to a maximum of 2 mg, 0.02 mg/kg (max 0.5 mg/dose) in children
redosed in 30 to 90 min
Caution is advised in patients with QRS widening, bradycardia, or hypotension, because these are evidence of additional potentially life-threatening toxic effects.
