Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, Isoniazid - give all 4 for 2 months then Rifampin and Isoniazid for a further 4 months - KNOW SIDE EFFECTS!!! i.e. orange tears, hepatic and renal toxicity…
