co-trimoxazole or co-amoxiclav 7 days

do NOT treat unless clinical signs/symptoms of infection

send MSSU, gonorrhoea + chlamydia tests
if STI likely = doxycycline UTI likely (>35/no new partner) = ofloxacin or ciprofloxacin
