Amoxicillin (doxy or clarith if penicillin allergic, add fluclox if suspected staphyloccoci)
Pneumonia caused by atypical pathogens?
Clarithromycin

- Within 5 days admission: co-amox or cefuroxime
- > 5 days after admission: tazocin or broad spec cephalo (e.g. ceftaz) or quinolone (e.g. cipro)
