A

Bendrofluazide (2.5mg od), chlorothalidone (12.5-25mg od),hydrochlorothiazide.
Inhibit NaCl in DCT causing mild diuresis/natriuresis, vasodilatory by opening vascular K channels.
Takes 8-12wks to see effect
LT - inhibits renal tubular reabsorption + reduce total body Na/H2O (reducing BP)

Increases urate + exacerbates gout
