A

1) 500, 850 e 1000mg (máx: 2550mg/dia)
2) Dose habitual: 850mg, VO, 2x/dia, após almoço e jantar (ou 3x/dia, incluindo café)

1) Insulina Regular, SC, conforme HGT (181-250: 2UI; 251-300: 4UI; 301-350: 6UI; 351-400: 8UI; > 400: 10UI)
