Drowsiness : Encourage appropriate activity warn against engaging in activities such as driving and operating machinery

Dizziness: Observe and take steps to prevent falls

Feeling sod detachment: Encourage socializing

Dependency/rebound/insomnia/anxiety : Encourage short term use ; educate to avoid other medications such as alcohol ; plan for withdrawl
