Ulnar Head - coronoid process of ulna
I: Midlateral surface of radius (also site of pronator tubercle)

F: 1) Pronation of forearm @ radioulnar J
2) Flex. Of forearm @ radioulnar J (weak)
N: Median nerve
Flexor carpi radialis - O & I
O: Medial epicondyle of humerus (via common flexor tendon)
I: Base of 2nd and 3rd Metacarpals
Flexor carpi radialis - F & N
F: 1) Flex. of hand @ wrist J
2)Flex. of forearm @ elbow J
3)ABD. (Radial deviation) of hand @ wrist J
N: Median nerve
Palmaris Longus - O & I
O: Medial epicondyle of humerus (via common flexor tendon)
I: Palmar aponeurosis & Flexor retinaculum
Palmaris Longus - F & N
F: 1) Flex. of hand @ wrist J
2) Flex. of forearm @ elbow J (both weak)
N: Median nerve
Flexor carpi ulnaris - O & I
O: 1) Medial epicondyle of humerus (via common flexor tendon)
2) Medial side of olecranon process
3) Superior posterior border of ulna
I: Base of 5th metacarpal, hamate and pisiform
