  • 1st prenatal visit includes comprehensive family history (including PMH, FHx, pregnancy outcomes on 1st, 2nd & 3rd degree relatives)
  • 1st trimester screen done 11-13 weeks, and includes nuchal translucency measurements by US and maternal serum measurements of free or total beta-hcg and PAPP-A
  • Quad screen offered 15-20 weeks
