When is the first test for downs done? What is it?
A
With the first scan 11-14 weeks. - nuchal translucency, -serum bhcg -pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAPa) also with age

When is the later test for downs done and what is it?
A
15-20 weeks
Quad- AFP, unconjugated oestriol, hcg, inhibin A
(HI HIGH)
