A
On farm slaughter of an otherwise healthy animal which has suffered an accident that prevents its transport to the slaughterhouse for welfare reasons

A
No drug residues (including auto-worm boluses)
No pithing - makes emboli in the brain
Must meet the criteria of the clean livestock policy
Vet must be present for slaughter to complete ante-mortem inspection
