What is the dhammacakka?
It is the buddhas wheel of command
What is the anacakka?
It is the support of both sides
Who does the king need support of and why?
The king requires the support of the monks in order to legitimate their rule
What could happen if a king does not have the support of the monks?
Then their kingdom could fall apart
Who do the sangha also need support from?
The laity
How will the monks often attack the kings?
They will refuse them alms so they are completely ignored
By refusing alms what does that mean for the kings?
They will no longer benefit from the Buddhist community
What does the anacakka translate to?
The monarchs wheel of command
Will there be an abuse of power?
Yes
How can the rulers misuse their power when cleansing the sangha?
They will confiscate the wealth of the sangha and also dispel monks
