• Prolonged stress
• PCOS
• Menopause

➋ • Period coming later or Spotting mid-cycle
‣ Spotting is also a sign of implantation bleeding in early pregnancy, so can be hard to tell if anovulation or not
• Longer cycles
• Change in premenstrual symptoms
