ISOLATED ANKLE SPRAIN / AVULSION FRACTURE
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
Ankle stirrup brace
Early functional treatment
Follow up with family doctor

ISOLATED LATERAL MALLEOLAR FRACTURE
Posterior slab with crutches
Air-stirrup in younger patients
Air foam walker in older adults
