Avoid alcohol

Monitor for serotonin syndrome in first 72 hr (agitation, confusion, hallucinations)

Phenelzine - Nardil
Isocarboxazid
Tranylcypromine

Avoid tyramine and caution with antihypertensives

Contraindicated with SSRIs, tricyclics, HF, CVA, renal insufficiency

SEs: CNS stimulation, orthostatic hypotension, hypertensive crisis with tyramine and SSRIs and tricyclics
