Where is muscular tissues found in a stomach and what does it do
In its wall, it helps digest the food by churning and mixing what’s inside the stomach
Where is epithelial tissue found in the stomach?
On the inside and the outside
Where is the glandular tissue found in the stomach and what does it do?
It is found below the epithelial tissue. It produces acid and certain types of enzymes for digesting
Which one is the large intestine and which one is the small on?
Large one= thicker outside of small, shorter
Small one= thinner, inside of large and longer
What does the pancreas look like and where is it found?
It has a leafy shape and is found near the top of the large intestine and is liked to the beginning part of the small intestine
What does the salivary gland do?
It produces saliva which contains enzymes that Stars the process of digestion
What does the liver produce?
It produces bile
What happens in the large intestine?
It is where water is absorbed, the remains are called shit
What does the small intestine do?
Digestion and absorption of nutrients from soluble food
What does the stomach do?
It is part of digestion, it mixes the food
What does the pancreas do?
It is a gland that produces enzymes and hormones
