A person who is blamed for wrongdoings, mistakes or faults of others for convenience

-Warn of dangers with totalitarianism
-Warn that revolutions fail bc power obtained = corruption
-Warn the masses of propaganda
-Satirize those who believes utopia is possible
-Express personal disappointment in Russian Revolution
