What is a complementary angle?
2 adjacent angles are complementary if the sum of their size equals to 90 degrees
What is a supplementary angle?
2 adjacent angles aer supplementary if the sum of their size equals to 180 degrees
What are angles on a point?
Angles at a point, creating a full revolution, must sum to 360 degrees in total
What are vertically opposite angles?
Angles that are vertically opposite are the same size. They are created by 2 straight intersecting lines.
What does ‘II” mean?
Parallel
What is a corresponding angle?
Angles that occur on the same side of the transversal line and are equal in size. Angles with the same sizes across the parallel line
What is a transversal line?
A line that passes through two lines
What is an alternate angle?
To reflect across the transversal and are the same size
What is a co-interior angle?
2 angles that occur on the same side of the transversal in between 2 parallel lines.
