Midazolam
-good for liver failure
Diazepam
- bad for liver failure
- converted to active liver metabolites

(anticonvulsant, anxiolysis, amnesia, hypnotic)
Thiopental
-bad for liver failure, neuro, asthma
-increases HR

(amnesia, muscle relaxant) Propafol -good for neuro and increases bronchodilation -decreases BP and PONV -pain at injection site

Ketamine
-good for awake intubation and increased bronchodilation
-bad for head trauma and increases BP and ICP
-beware of reemergence phenomenon
