A

Within 6 calendar months:

Six instrument approaches.
Holding procedures and tasks.
Intercepting and tracking courses through the use of navigational electronic system.

During 6 month grace period you can fly with:

Safety pilot(view limiting device)
CFI/CFII(in actual IMC)
Complete full IPC(instrument proficiency check)

After 6 month grace period:
Must complete IPC(instrument proficiency check) with a CFII or DPE
