A
Depends on age of onset
In utero:
- Partial virilisation
- Ambiguous genitals
- Complete deficiency/insenstivity –> female genitalia
Puberty:
- Micropenis
- Crypto-orchidism
- Incomplete pubertal maturation
- Eunuchoidal body habitus
Adults:
- Crypto-orchidism
- OP
- DM
- Anaemia

Causes of primary androgen insufficiency
A
- Acquired = testicular damage
- Congenital = genetic
- -> klinefelters
- -> androgen insensitivty
- -> CAH
- -> myotnic dystrophy

A
Pituitary/hypothalamic:
- Tumours
- Infiltration
- Trauma
Genetic: Kalimanns
Morbid obesity
Cushings syndrome
Transient:
- Acute illness
- Chronic disease
- Drugs
