Nullification Crisis
A tax was imposed on South Carolina and they nullified and threatened to leave the Union so Jackson sent troops until they surrendered having to pay the tax.

Jackson distrusted the Bank because he lost a lot of money to it and he thought it favored the rich

Jackson signed the contract forcing all Native Americans out of there land and to move.

Texas fought against Santa Anna for a long time then they had a big lost at the Alamo then fought again remembering the Alamo they captured Santa Anna and got there freedom years later they were let into the Union and the problem was if they should be a slave or free state
