Port Gardner general anchorage is just west of the Everett waterfront run NW to SE, is approx 2000yards long by 1400 yards wide. The bottom consists of mud and sand and is 5-59 fathoms deep. An obstruction in the center of the anchorage is marked by buoy Y “AO”
