Infancy = right is avoiding punishment
Preschool = self-interest reward not punishment, secure own benefit
School age I = good girl/boy and have friends
School age II = fixed rules, social conformity, social order
Teen = social contract and mutual benefit
Adult = universalism as source of good towards all
