A
Age of onset is 5th to 7th decade of life with a slight male predominance. More common in white than black.

Lungs - no lung involvement is noted

In the kidneys there is ANCA positive glomerulonephritis but without classical manifestations or symptomatology for MPA, GPA, or EGPA.

There is no gastrointestinal, skin, neurological or other organ involvement in this disease.
