What is the venous drainage of the right testis?
Pampiniform plexus and then to the IVC.
What is the lymphatic drainage of the right testis?
Para-aortic nodes.
What is the venous drainage of the left testis?
Pampiniform plexus to the left renal vein and then eventually the IVC.
What is the lymphatic drainage of the left testis?
Para-aortic nodes.
What is the venous drainage of the scrotum?
Scrotal Veins.
What is the lymphatic drainage of the scrotum?
Superficial Inguinal Nodes.
What is the venous drainage of the prostate gland?
Prostatic venous plexus, internal iliac vein which also connects to the internal vertebral venous plexus.
What is the lymphatic drainage of the prostate gland?
Internal iliac/sacral lymph nodes.
What are the contents of the spermatic cord?
Nerve to Cremaster (genital branch of genitofemoral nerve). Artery and vein to Vas Deferens. Pampiniform plexus of testicular veins. Sympathetic Nerve. Cremasteric Artery and Vein. Ilioinguinal Nerve. Testicular Artery and Vein. Lymph Vessels. Vas Deferens. Process Vaginalis.
What is the artery supply to the penis?
Dorsal arteries of the penis, Deep arteries of the penis and the bulbourethral artery.
What is the innervation of the penis?
S2-S4 spinal cord segments and spinal ganglia. Pudendal nerve sympathetically. Parasympathetically Peri-prostatic nerve plexus.
What is the artery supply to the bulbourethral glands?
Derived from the arteries to the bulb of the penis.
What is the lymphatics of the bulbourethral glands?
Internal and external iliac lymph nodes.
What is the artery supply of the scrotum?
Anterior and posterior scrotal arteries.
What is the venous supply of the scrotum?
Scrotal veins draining into the external pudenal veins.
