Gemellus superior
O - external surface of ischia like spine
I - superior surface of obturator internus -> onto the medial side of the greater trochanter
Quadratus femoris
Lateral aspect of the ischium anterior to the ischial tuberosity
O - quadrate tubercle on the inter trochanteric crest
Gluteus min
O - external surface of the ilium between inferior and anterior gluteal lines
I - linear facet on the anterolateral aspect of the greater trochanter
Gluteus medius
O - external surface of the ilium between anterior and posterior gluteal lines
I - elongate facet on the lateral surface of the greater trochanter
Gluteus maximus
O - external surface of the ilium behind posterior gluteal line, fascia of erector spinae, dorsal surface of lower sacrum, lateral margin of coccyx, external sacrotuberous ligament
I - posterior iliotibial tract and gluteal tuberosity of proximal femur
TFL
O - Lateral aspect of the ilium between anterior superior iliac spine and tubercle of the crest
I - iliotibial tract of the fascia lata
Psoas major
O - Posterior abdominal wall
I - lesser trochanter of femur
Iliacus
O - posterior abdominal wall (iliac fossa)

Vastus medialis
O - Femur - medial part of the intertrochantric line
I - quadriceps femoris tendon
Vastus internus
O - Upper two thirds of the anterior and lateral femur

O - lateral intertrochantric line, lateral marginng of the greater trochanter, lateral lines aspera

O - inferior pubic ramus and the ramus of the ischium
I - medial proximal shaft of the tibia
Pectineus
O - pectineal line and adjacent bone of the pelvis
I - oblique line extending from the lesser trochanter to the linea aspera of posterior femur
Adductor longus
O - external body of the pubis
I - linea aspera
Adductor brevis
O - external body of the pubis and inferior pubic ramus
I - posterior proximal femur and upper one third of linea aspera
